Paperworks is a social enterprise which means we are primarily driven to deliver a social benefit to adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental health needs, who we call our Trainees.
We seek to provide our trainees with a solid grounding to learn new skills, progress at their own pace and enjoy being in a shared work environment.
Our trainees enjoy working on a wide range of fulfilment opportunities with 12 commercial clients, completing jobs such as daily orders, packaging, labelling, and assembly. These tasks not only provide valuable hands-on experience but also help trainees develop practical skills, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment while contributing to professional business operations.
In 2024, we also expanded by creating our own brand, “A Little Bird Told Me” focused on producing a range of gift and wellbeing products designed in tandem with the trainees.
We can pick, pack and dispatch your orders with a tailored process to your liking. We have experience with a wide range of couriers and products.
Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility is at the core of everything we do– by providing meaningful work opportunities to our trainees while delivering high-quality fulfilment services that make a positive impact on both businesses and communities.
We can collect paper and provide consoles in Leeds and its surrounding areas as part of our regular or ad hoc service.

When we were initially looking for a fulfilment partner, we had a number of potential businesses available, but we chose Paperworks as we wanted to support their amazing trainees who all now do a fantastic job for us in ensuring our customers get their orders picked and despatched on time and it’s great to see them grow and flourish in a working environment.
We have been working with Paperworks for 3 years, having moved from another warehousing provider, and the service is amazing – communication is excellent and there is the added bonus of feeling you are doing some good with every order. Paperworks are an integral part of our business now.
The enthusiasm of the staff and attention to detail ensures all our orders are securely stored and professionally fulfilled correctly on time every time, with a smile. We just don’t get the customer service issues that we did when we used more traditional, commercial fulfilment centres.
